Returns:

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you ( We will only take alterations reported within a week after receiving the outfit). Worn garments are not eligible for Return, Refund or Chargeback.

Damaged Goods:

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our office. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. After you generate a query, the Quality Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault. Items cannot be returned on grounds of colour, choice or handwork.

Wrong Orders:

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.
